From I-95 North or South Take Exit 318 for SR-16 and head east toward Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Continue about 4 miles until SR-16 ends at US-1.

Turn south onto US-1 / Ponce De Leon Blvd Head south on US-1 (Ponce De Leon Blvd) toward downtown. We are on the corner of King Street and US-1, on the right.

Arrive at 105 S Ponce De Leon Blvd, Suite B We are inside the Great Expectations Realty building, Suites B and C - our entrance is in front of the building, facing Ponce De Leon Blvd. Look for the big giraffe statue outside - it's the easiest way to spot us from the street. Parking is available behind the building. Metered street parking also lines Ponce De Leon Blvd, or use the San Sebastian Parking Garage on Riberia Street (about a 6-minute walk) if it's full.

From A1A or St. Augustine Beach Cross the Bridge of Lions into downtown, then head north on Avenida Menendez, which becomes San Marco Ave, and turn onto King Street toward US-1.

Ride into Historic Downtown Downtown St. Augustine is flat and bike-friendly. Ride in along San Marco Ave or Avenida Menendez toward King Street.

Turn onto King Street Follow King Street west to the intersection with US-1 / Ponce De Leon Blvd. We are right on the corner.

Bike parking Bike racks are available near the building entrance. We recommend bringing a lock. Downtown streets are easy and mostly flat to ride.

Less than a mile southeast, connecting downtown to Anastasia Island and St. Augustine Beach.

San Sebastian Parking Garage

A short 6-minute walk on Riberia Street. The easiest place to park if street spots are full.
